I only drive 13 miles as was charged a fuel fee that I was not advised to refuel before bringing the truck back. Since I barely used any fuel at all. Was charged almost 50$ for this when if I was advised to refuel before bringing the ruck back I would have

DAVID AThe staff there didn't know what they were doing. This location did not have dollies or hitches so we had to go to another location to buy that and come back for the trailer. The entire experience took way too long. The employee at $.99 store couldn't answer any questions. The only good thing is he did help us put the trailer on the hitch.

WALTER CThe whole experience was a mess. Got a phone call the night before telling us to pick up at 9am at Rodriguez customs. We got there at 9am waited until 9:30am and finally left and called the support line. They moved us again to super 99. Place was rundown and staff wasn’t very nice. It would be nice to book a U-Haul and pick it up on time and where we planned for $950 for 4 days.
GARY BStaff needs more knowledge on how to hook and unhook trailer.
