The regular guy that does the transactions wasn't there and the Gentleman from the back took time from his day to make sure we got our truck. Very much appreciated!

Have someone onsite that can provide the keys. I waited over two hours to get my truck and caused delays to the work I needed to do and forced me to extend my babysitters for several more hours. Very unprofessional behavior. The lone person who could get the keys was off towing vehicles and wasn't very apologetic once he did arrive. Very much would not recommend this provider.
