The u haul app. Sucks.it is not user friendly. Does not accept info when entered. Tried to return vehicle. Stated vehicle not checked out. Horrible and time consuming.

The app turn-in process is cumbersome and time consuming. There was an employee there but he was not at all helpful. After this experience, I will no longer be using U-Haul. Extremely disappointing experience.
Michael LMaybe be a bit more familiar with the equipment. Also for what size lock is needed. Purchased one that was said to work and it was too small. Also recommend UHaul provide tire chains for travel through winter conditions.

Reed SThe location was great, staff friendly and helpful. Equipment was ready and clean as promised. They didn’t know but the trailer had 1 or more tires out of round or balance. Terrible vibration from bouncing tires the entire 850 mile trip. I noticed the issue when driving away and hoped when loaded it would stop, it did not. Horrible fuel economy. Reported issues to drop off location.

Jon STanglewood Trailers 'saved' you my business. Brittney was excellent and helped me navigate a very stressful experience since I was supposed to pick up my UHaul Truck at the County Line Road Uhaul in Highlands Ranch Co. Apparently my confirmed reservation was "never" confirmed and my email never indicated that my confirmed reservation was tentative. Plus you need to pay the people more at Uhaul in Highlands Ranch. They are over worked and show little compassion. I will never ever rent anything at that location again. I think everyone is frustrated... me, those employees and everyone feels helpless. I have a suggestion.......hire some runners to pick up equipment for the desired location in a reservation or DO NOT even MAKE a reservation for THAT Location. Surprise you have to drive an hour or longer to get your truck............Really!. Also, dispatch tells me that they have no truck any size in the State of Colorado. I would just save your business some money and eliminate the reservation service and the employees Another simple solution just rent what shows up when it shows up on the lot at a location. Then no false expectation on a customer's part. "Oh, you should have received an email or text that your reservation was not confirmed and there is no trucks available at this location." Never got that.............Surprise!!! Again, Tanglewood Trailers and the customer service experience they provide shows that they value my business. I know I am only one customer and I am sure the Uhaul employees at Highlands Ranch County Line location would prefer I take my business elsewhere. Oh well. Now I will take an Uber and only rent from Tanglewood Trailers. Give them a Bonus or use their customer service techniques as training for your other locations.

QUINTIN WI originally reserved the 5x9 one way Littleton to Omaha trailer at UHaul in Littleton on Coal MIne Road. Three days before my scheduled pickup Uhaul notified me I would need to pick it up in Palmer Lake, a 60 minute drive each way rom my house. A crappy surprise. I did it anyway. That said, the Tanglewood Trailers staff were excellent, the pickup was quick and very easy. so 5 stars for Tanglewood, 2 stars for the nasty surprise from Uhual regarding the pickup location. But I guess it better than not having any trailer at all.

I’ve been there in torrential, rain, storms, snow, storms, and extremely hot days. this is a great local business that I wish more like this were around.
