ZECHARIAH VThere was oil all over the back of the truck bed and ramp. Oily footprints everywhere. I had to mop with Dawn 3 times for thirty minutes before it was safe to actually start moving. Other than that, everything was great.
James DThe dolly and pads we rented were not in the truck. Very frustrating to have to drive an hour on country roads when we were supposed to pick the truck up 2 miles away from us, to find things missing that we rented.

Stanley WAs a customer when calling to make reservations for a U-Haul pick up time and date was set ,but on arrival on the property the business was closed was given a number to call and winds up doing the process online, giving personal information picture of your license picture of your insurance picture of driver address which was not recognized online, very long frustrating process , which ended up being an hour and a half from the original time that was set to pick the U-Haul up. My credit card was used wants with my permission and again without my permission. Highly recommend in person when scheduling to pick up U-Haul and and return time, need a better system, my experience was very unprofessional.

Sao MI reserved a 20 ft truck. She couldn't find my reservation and then gave me a 26 ft which I was nervous drive. She didn't offer any extras. She was very unprofessional and should not have charged me for the 26 ft only the 20 ft. Very dirty facility. Very unprofessional. She didn't tell me what time the truck was due to be turned in. Didn't tell me any information about extra charges so I was charged an extra almost $80 that I didn't budget. Instead of paying the 158 I thought I reserved it ended up costing me $270. So that cut into my moving budget. I was not happy with the service.
Martha DMaybe improve your website. We had trouble with it accepting our pictures and stalling out. Making us start over many times.
Edith HI can’t think of anything except to make sure you mention the insurance in the initial phone conversation. It was a great experience and I do like the insurance.
William LI dropped the trailer off on Sunday which nobody was there not a big deal I had my son with me to help me unload the trailer I went first thing Monday morning to make sure that all the check-in was correct left my phone number because she wasn't there she never called I again went up that afternoon to get it all done and it was not that Pleasant. She didn't even know I dropped off the trailer even though I left a phone number she had went out and checked the trailer.

Tonya MMake sure equipment requested gets put in the truck before customer leave, I requested a utility dolly for 7 bucks, got to the moving site and it wasn't in the truck, and still had to pay for it when I returned the truck.
cameron hUpdate your address on digital map applications. Was not able to do a mobile pick up or return because the address listed online wasn’t correct and when I was standing in the office it claimed I wasn’t at the location. I tried Google maps and Apple Maps both, neither of which have a working street address. Everything else was great, but frustrating when I planned on picking up and dropping off without having to spend the extra time interacting with employees. Don’t have the 24/7 ride share option when I couldn’t have done it by myself under any circumstances due to an administrative error when listing the location.
