There was no lock box to drop off the keys. I couldn’t lock the keys inside the back of the vehicle because the combination lock would not close. I had to call in to find out what to do with the key. Very disappointing.

Munish GIt would be helpful if U-haul would accept debit cards from “CashApp” and “Venmo” type forms of payment. Maybe require a deposit with these debit cards like you do with cash. Other then that everything else was smooth.

Marissa ROur truck had very little gas in it. Luckily there is a station across the street. We ordered 6 furniture pads and only received 5. With past UHaul rentals, we had a walk around the truck with an employee to note any prior damage (if any). This wasn't done. We did it ourselves.
John SI had the worst experience with this uhaul company. The regional manager equaun lied. I wouldn't recommend this particular company to anyone.
