Original drop off in Buffalo was not helpful, rude and would not accept the trailer. ‘Said’ they were not on the Uhaul ‘list’ for returning rentals . ??? The people at Tirewiz were helpful and friendly.
JOHN CNeed to update your website and pricing. The quote on line is totally different from what is actually charged . Some items doubled in price . Not cool.

SANDRA MIn regards to the 24/7 program, if you're going to require me to act as an agent then I should receive a significant discount for all the extra work and fiddling around with the cell phone that I need to do in order to rent a vehicle. Your website was cumbersome and very difficult to find the link to pick up the vehicle. Requiring me to take pictures of myself to be uploaded into your database is intrusive. It was for the above reasons why it was not a pleasurable experience at all. The location was great and convenient but your rickety website and your policies are terrible.
Nick EThe person that checked our u-haul in was very rude and unprofessional. I walked in and said I was returning my U-Haul and he said ok and kept doing what he was doing. I asked what I needed to do and he said nothing, I’ll check it in. I asked where to park it and he acted very annoyed and walked out and pointed where to park it. I said do I need to do anything else and he said no, I’ll check it in. 2 hours later I receive an email that he charged me an additional day fee, as well as a cleaning charge. I called back to ask. He said the truck was filthy, I asked what he meant as I personally walked through before and the truck was empty and I had swept it. He said he had to pick up a bag and label and if I didn’t like the cleaning charge I should call customer service to have it removed. I asked why he charged me an additional day as I dropped the truck off at 9:02 (he opened at 9), he said call customer service and ask them. He also fabricated my drop-off time as I was there at 9:02, and he wrote it in my invoice as 10. I was informed when I made my reservation that the location was not 24 hours, or I would have returned it the night before. It was my fault for not taking pictures of the u-haul before leaving, or insisting on a more thorough check out… but he definitely took advantage of the system and charged me extra so he would profit more from u-haul. Not to mention that was the rudest customer service I have ever received in my life.
Colleen NMy rating has nothing to do with the location itself - but rather the change in location the day before my scheduled pick up. I rented this vehicle more than 2 months in advance. Plenty of time to get the vehicle to the place I wanted to pick it up from. Very disappointing.

Mike SThe truck was only 3/4 full of fuel, which is challenging to manage on the return side. I ended up returning with more fuel than I picked it up with. Also, the truck was far from being water resistant. It had numerous leaks, and I was told that the issuing location was responsible. I had a lot of boxes soaked during the rain storms that occurred during the move.

Gerald Dthe truck was frozen into the ground it took me 4 hours to get it out. then when I got home to use it the back door was frozen shut so all in all I payed 179.00 for a truck I couldn't even and didn't even get to use. talked to someone about it from U-Haul yesterday thinking they would mabey refund my money or let me not pay for the next one I had to rent that same day., but I didn't get much over an apology. kinda messed up I'm not a person who's gonna call and be a bitch yelling and demanding things like most other humans in the world I just expect people company's to do right by people all in there own.
