They forgot my dolly that I needed and paid for.
Josh MWe had an apt to pick up the truck and the person was out sick and the lady that was there didn’t know how to help up. We tried using the online checking and we had difficulty so had to call for help. The online customer service person was very helpful. When we found the truck we almost couldn’t get it out of the parking lot since they didn’t remove the snow around it even though they had plowed other areas.
Anita MThe young male attendant at the desk sat playing with his computer and did not even go outside and check the condition of the 5 X 8 that was in the same condition as it was when picked up near Andover. KS. I was told that he emailed a return receipt to me. He then told me to take and park the trailer on their south lot with their other U-HAUL trailers. He never moved from his chair----------more great service!!!!

Nicholas BAlthough the truck was not swept when I got it, the truck worked well. I had an issue at check-in, but spoke with the local manager and he made it right... right away. He restored my faith in U-Haul. I would recommend the Lincoln, MO location and the U-Haul brand.
Penny WThe UHaul app was buggy when I tried to return after hours. It had difficulties getting my location. There was no confirmation on scanning the location QR code. The app kept going back to the beginning of the check in process when rotating my phone, done while disconnecting and moving around. Not happy with the app. The rental location had no issues and I will rent from them again.
