This is a bar. When i went to this place to pick up my truck, the employees were watching the mlb games. Didnt even care about our truck pickup. I booked 12 furniture blanket, but those didnt come with the truck and excluded from the contract. I had short with the time, and had to pack without blankets.
HUSEYIN GJust clear any error codes, and clean the truck. The people working there are super nice and don't try ripping me off (padding charges) like some locations.
CHRISTOPHER DI fill gas tank to full, but they still charge me for 2 extra gallons.

Samuel NThey are too busy running their bar to sufficiently take care of the U-Haul customers. I was charged an additional $51.88 because they were too busy to come out and look at the gas gauge that I filled back up to where it was when I picked up the truck.

vivian sThe location is difficult to find. Even Google was lost, which is a 1st! Neither the signage (just a banner on a chain link fence) or trucks themselves were visible from the street. We were scheduled there, to this inconvenient location rather than the place I reserved 3 blocks from my home. Grrrr... The truck was there but they didn't open for another 2 hours so my trouble picking up the truck was a struggle via the phone. I was already stressed & this 45 min delay made that worse. Lost 1 hour of my UHaul movers time because of all this. Never again!!!
Elizabeth DFaster service would be beneficial. The restaurant took very long almost 20 min to give me the key.
Vanita AUhaul changed my location to here; I did not choose it. I ended up having to pay extra for miles because Uhaul chose a location that was far from me for the dropoff. Also they did not process my return right away and I had to call Uhaul three times to make sure they received my return.

Hoang LI had to park a big truck in the back of the property where there was poor access. There was little to no parking space and the. Had to go inside of a bar that was 500 ft away to check in. They did not use the computer to check in. They just took the keys.

Justin GVery disappointed that there was not the dolly I asked. That was a major problem. How I was supposed to move a fridge without it? Luckily a friend had one. Next time do not sell what you do not have.
fabio tZero instructions, had to go to some random insurance store who sent me to a smoke shop who sent me to a bar/restaurant to get the keys. wafted like 30 minutes of my u-haul time. No actual u-haul store. To be fair, all of the people that I spoke to were really kind, but the lack of directions left me so confused.
Sophia HClean the trucks better. Make sure there are no CHECK ENGINE lights flashing... doesn't make one feel secure driving a truck with an unknown issue. The customer service rep barely knew what he was doing and didn't seem interested in my satisfaction.
Luis AI took pictures of the gas gauge before and after to make sure I wouldn't get charged. I had informed the gentleman that it wasn't filled at the 3/4 mark and I returned it how I received it with proof of photos. Then 20 mins later I see Uhaul charged me for the gas fee and I had to call Uhaul to get reimbursed. I wasn't provided an apology or an incentive for using a uhaul next time.

Noemi LThe van wasn't that clean. Not too bad but not great. I hate U-Haul's fueling policy. I mean I feel like U-Haul is deliberately being deceptive when they only fill the tank 3/4 and then ask to have it returned that way. The needle isn't accurate and we ended up fueling way more than needed to indicate 3/4 which changed to 7/8 while driving. So yeah, we overfilled the tank. Just rent it out with a full tank and all I could have just returned it will a full tank. Geez.
Kwangsun YVehicle was not inspected; truck had a hole in the fuel line and check engine light. Had to fill up the truck only to lose about $30 worth of fuel on the ground. Returned the truck full of fuel and cleaned it. Rep didn’t close contract upon receiving the truck.

aaron RI never went in to the location. I rang a bell on the door and someone just showed up outside behind me. The guy did not identify himself. He asked if I was returning and just offered to take my keys. He didn’t seem official in any way. I trusted him and everything worked out fine. But it would be better if he identified himself or was wearing a uhaul shirt/hat/name badge or whatever.

shaun bThey said the tank was full and that I needed to fill it back to full. The tank was not full. I drove 50 miles and paid $30 for gas at $5 per gallon. That is double what I should have paid.
JOSHUA JMy drop-off time was 11:00am but after arriving at just after 10:45 it took me almost 20 minutes before I was able to actually hand over the keys. The smoke shop owner did not seem very familiar with the drop-off process. He was essentially asking me to walk him through the process. The parking lot was partially under construction, which didn’t help, but additionally he misdirected me as to where to park the truck. It cost us both some time and was a Lot of avoidable trouble.

chris sLocation was great as it’s close to where I live, but there were left over items in the truck from previous users that we had to throw away ourselves.

Cipriano RCharged a full extra day of both truck and dolly because they weren't in the smoke shop able to check the truck back in on time. We were there on time and sat outside waiting for someone to walk over and take the keys. Saying we were 7 minutes late returning the truck. We sat for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the shop because you have to ring their doorbell. I don't think this place should be able to do rentals. Even the customer service person I spoke yo had issue with this location. They were very unprofessional. They didn't do the before hand inspection or anything. I honestly won't be using uhaul again this was a terrible experience.

Tim BPick up address listed here is waaaaaay off. Address was on San Diego, CA. When I went to pick up vehicle, employees were not on site. Waited over half an hour past scheduled pick up window in order to take possession of vehicle. Was billed far more than my estimated price and given no bill or reason why the price was so high. Do not expect me to use this service again or recommend anyone else to do so. No way! Horrible!

Ivan SWeird location to have uhaul in a smoke shop but the employees were very nice helpful and professional. When I was trying to call to extend my lease that was a big pain and spent over 50 minutes on the phone with 5 different operators. Had to drive all to way back ( 30minutes) where I rented the van to extend in person . ( again the guys were very good and fast at the location)

NANCY ADid not tell me the total before or after I dropped the u haul off, charged me for TWO days and i only used it for two hours, and added a safe movers insurance when i specified that I did NOT want it when making the reservation online. Did not have me sign anything make sure anything was correct. Would not recommend to anyone.
