mike yI picked up a car hauler trailer for a one way trip. Only used it for one day but had to pay for three days, the drop off location said there is nothing they could do for a discount of some sort for the one day of usage. I don't feel I should have been charged for three days for a one day rental.

Rose BMaintenance of the the trucks. We literally got the vehicle right after it was returned and the only thing that was checked was the miles and gas nothing related to the functionality of the vehicle. None of the lower gears were working properly, since we could not use the breaks pretty much in any circumstance, we almost crashed multiple times going down hills because of it. The truck was truly struggling to shift and adjust to the gears. It was horrible to deal with a vehicle in such bad shape while traveling through multiple state lines. The RPMs in the vehicle would spike up so often that we had to figure out a system to bring them down. On top of that, the vehicle struggled to build up speed when going up hill, our average speed was around 15 - 20 mph. Way below the speed recommended for towing. Those issues extended the trip for way longer than we expected and it was extremely stressful to deal with them.
Douglas MThe location was great. The customer service was great. The trailer we used had a tail light out and no way to fix it with the light riveted shut. This was not the fault of the service in Idaho. This was a uhaul mistake that should be better rectified.

Dave CI was my son who handled the hauling, driving and return of the trailer to Donnelly so I can comment only on what I observed at pick up and while on the road. The man who served us in Ashton substituted for the person who had made the reservation but was unavailable for the pick up. I feel he did as well as he could have done in that situation. The trailer was clean; and as we went along, my son commented that it handled well. The only negative he mentioned was that the left tail light did not work.
Caroline NI returned the trailer on November 29 as contracted. This rip-off outfit charged me for three additional days when they were closed. You owe me a refund.

DAVID SThey claimed I didn't have a reservation when my son went to pick up the trailer. Then they said the dropoff was for Boise when I clearly knew it was for Pocatello. They somehow found the reservation and fixed it. I also rented a piano dolly and they didn't even know they had one to rent. They are a bit disorganized.
