When the guy connected the trailer to my truck, he didn’t screw down the connection on the trailer causing the trailer to pop off my hitch after I left. The safety chains secured the trailer and I was able to pull over and fix it, but I asked him if it was connected and he assured me it was. I will not be going back to this location.
