JONATHAN JThe basic rental process and customer service was good. My vehicle didn’t fit on tow dolly, so I returned it after hours. In the morning your employee told me it had to be refunded at the one way location drop off. The drop off location said it had to be refunded at the pick up location. Neither facility has taken responsibility and given me a refund, which is terrible customer service; holding my money going on 7 days because nobody can refund. It was escalated to the pick up GM on Saturday, and it is late Tuesday w no resolution or contact. The point of sale GM obviously doesn’t care that they are holding my money as he/she has done nothing to get it back to me expeditiously.

Super easy to drive and when you hit a bump, it’s very quiet. Doesn’t sound like it’s going to fall apart. And, it’s actually bigger than the one I rented last year. Will definitely be back.

I guess since I’m an older guy I should have just been one of the gang and thought it was funny. But as a father of 3 daughters I didn’t!

The 20 ft truck I rented has oly 17 ft of floor to ceiling usage space, the additional 3 ft is above the cab with limited space. So make surew you are getting enough space for your move by calculating the difference.

DARRELL TEmployees need better training I always had issues with the male agent messing up my account and not having my reservation ready So I was inconvenienced at the end with not having my vehicle or even the lease a truck available the access hours are not being opened as well due to the door being broke over a whole month plus roaches were visible

Davisha was great at trying to locate but we could not find it. Get it together Corporate U-Haul. this is my third rental of the year.

HAROLD WWords can not express my appreciation for Davisha and her team! They are absolutely amazing and unlike the other uhauls I’ve dealt with they actually care about you! They go above and beyond to help their customers so they don’t loose their belongings. And I am not over exaggerating when I say Davisha had me in tears the way she helped me not to lose mine and my daughter’s belongings. They maybe a little high in their prices but I guarantee you the customer care you receive is like no other!

ERICKA Cervice was disappointing at best. Put an online reservation the day before for a 20’ truck. Arrived and they didn’t have the truck, nor did they have a smaller or larger truck, essentially nothing they could do at their location and had to go another one. The representative struggled to even find my reservation like it didn’t exist until I gave the confirmation number. Would have been nice if they could have called saying the truck wasn’t available as I passed other Uhauls with stock on my way to this one. Went to the one on Harshman (one I passed already) Rd. Dropped the truck off when it was raining and claimed it needed cleaned because of mud and there was a charge. It’s literally dirty from the road splatter. Just one of those situations where it’ll be a last time U-Haul is used
COLE SThe cost of storage units at other storage been businesses, rent the same size units that I have with U-Haul for a lesser price quite a difference. I have nothing bad to say about U-Haul. I just don’t like the high pricing compared to other businesses of storage like U-Haul.

Love the fact that they have bathrooms available for those moving in/out. Davisha was amazing. I received a unit number on-line, but when I went there to see where it was located it was pretty far from the one I have. So, I went to check to see if I could change it to one closer. Davisha was able to transfer it to one right next to the one I have. I have asthma. When I went to talk to her I was having a hard time breathing just from the walk from the unit to the office. Davisha you are amazing. Thank you so much for your help.

And I've had other storage where my things got wet or moldy from not being climate controlled. The price of the locker is cheaper than other places that aren't climate controlled. Being inside the building makes me feel that my things are very safe.

We had to shove something in it so that we could carry boxes and carts through. I feel that it is a safety issue trying to hold that door open while taking things through.

Tondalayo O | Online Move InThe only problem I had moving in was that when we got there there were several trucks in front of us and we barely got in the gate. We were bumper to bumper and had to call the manager to open the gate so we could back out. Then, when we were able to get around these other people they blocked the entrance we needed and had all the flat bed carts in use. We had to use another entrance which was a very long walk. We only took a couple smaller boxes in because it was too far to carry every single box. So, we left, waited about an hour or so and tried again. We didn’t have any problem the second attempt. We haven’t had any other problems. Just that first trip.

Chavala T | First ImpressionsRequested one of the many open units in the front when you pull in. I have screws in my ankle and my dad had just passed away, I only needed this unit for a couple weeks. The “manager” paid no to one of these units when asked why I wanted one. I text the GM on the card they gave me, he never text back. When I came to check out and close my unit, no one was in the office. I had to wait five minutes before being helped. I was told I had to remove my lock instead of being asked to do so. Then, when I left, the “manager” was on her cell phone and didn’t thank me for my service, or anything else for that matter. I do not recommend this place, at all.

When it was time to move my stuff out of storage I had to wait 20 minutes for the workers to come to the front. The drive in door was always broken which caused me to have to wait to move my things out. Once I tried to do my move out they told me I had to pay for the month then they said it was $1000. Their customer service is terrible! I had to walk all the way around the building to find the U-Haul truck. When I called to speak with a manager one worker told me it wasn’t no managers in until Tuesday the other person told me that his supervisor was at a different location. I would not recommend anyone to get a storage or U-Haul here.

I had to return a vehicle prior to closing, so the staff was there to give me a lock. However, if I moved into the storage unit after hours, I would've had to either take my things back with me, purchase another lock from another retailer, or leave my things in the the storage unsecure. Aside from the lock issue, I had a smooth move in transition.
