VICTOR TThere was a problem with the uhaul app and confusion over insurance. As a result, we had no insurance and spent and over an hour of our time trying to solve that problem and were unable to. We booked insurance, then when we thought we were saying no to additional insurance, our insurance was cancelled then the app was supposed to reinstate the insurance, but it didn't work...Fix it. Uhaul service was SHIT. The lady at the location was lovely, but there is confusion in your process and an app that doesn't work. Very disappointed.

Brian KI vacuumed two pounds of sand from the van and removed clumps of mud from the cargo area. I had used it to deliver groceries and linens so it was there before I got it. Also managed 11l/100kms compared to what had previously been recorded (24L/100kms). Was decent for a vehicle with only 1100kms on it.
Chris TI didn't know it was an online checkin/checkout but it went pretty smooth. Would have been good to know ahead of time.
Vince SSlightly annoyed I was billed another days rental for returning it at 8pm instead of 6pm. Was not aware that would happen.
Michael HThe truck is extremely dirty. I have to clean and sanitize all the seats the steering wheel seat belts door handles etc.

James GHorrible customer experience. Took customer service an hour to get me into the car. I had to pay two guys a 100 bucks extra to cover the lost time. AND no dollies or blankets.

therese sThe inside was dirty and papers left from someone else. We had to sweep papers and leaves out of the back. The tire pressure warning was on, as was the check engine light. Needs some TLC and a maintenance check. Also found the process to be cumbersome. I could have pre completed some information in advance or licence upload.

Candace LVehicle drove well. The one front headlight is out and needs replacement and there was no windshield washer fluido in resivoir or it is tnot working.

Debbie jThe application was slow and it kept going out of it. I was not able to upload the Km photo nor the gas level photo when picking up the truck. Not even the password to get the key appeared so I had to call 1800 u haul to ask for it to get the key out of the box. This took me around half an hour to have everything settled to leave with the van.
