This is the second time I have used this location for a drop off and both times service was excellent.
David SThe location was fine. The equipment was well maintained but not equipped. I was told all I needed was a 2" ball. Why was i told this? I had to go to an auto parts store in the middle of my experience to buy a pin to secure ' YOUR' trailer to my truck. Then I had to buy an adapter to connect your lights to my truck. You should have all that stuff but until expect the customer to run around in a town that he doesn't know to find shit for your business to work. W.T.F.? It was supposed to be a trailer, I specifically reserved a trailer, in steady I get a tow dolly. Un equipped tow dolly. So far nothing has gone as planned. Thank you. Then , the place where I was supposed to drop of the trailer is closed for 2 days during the weekend and I have to jump through all the hoops to find some other place to drop off. You people are incompetent. All the shit I went through to rent from you will never happen again. I want my money back for all the work I had to do for you.

KAMINI HI was charged two days use for a 2 hour drive. I had the trailer for just over 4 hours from pickup to turn in.

Kista MIt appeared to have a wheel bearing leak and we got stranded just miles out of Cumberland after putting $60 in the gas tank and it was only given to us with a quarter of a tank. We waited two hours for a tow truck and then we went onto our destination and they said they would follow and then we had various stories from, Miriam support person that roadside assistance about what the problem was with the tow truck driver first dealing with a accident on 68 and secondly, dealing with something was wrong with the tow truck so we told him they could deliver it in the morning but that put us behind and I personally had to drive my son and grandson who were supposed to unload it back to Keyser West Virginia and then it didn't show up till Sunday at noon and I believe I should get a full reimbursement. Thank you.

SPENCER MMy issue is not with the uhaul location but in the overall experience. Apparently the location the website picked for me is closed on Sundays and so my rental was supposed to be a mobile fulfillment. Sadly that was not stated on any of the checkout page or that I would need to download the app, setup an account and then get numerous fulfillments to validate my being a real person. I arrived at the rental location to find it closed, nothing in any correspondence from uhaul to give me insight into what I needed to do next and confusion as to if this was the correct location or not (the location I was sent to via a uhaul text message was not the location my initial contract had listed). Luckily I was able to call and get the correct information from the help line and be on my way, albeit several hours later than originally planned. Simply put, A+ to the very pleasant person who helped me on the customer service line, and a solid F for the actual rental headaches. Besides that, the equipment worked well, was clean and in good operating condition.

Elizabeth AYou need to provide the phone numbers and proper business name for your drop off location. Shae Enterprises is not the correct business name. The address is correct. Also, you do not provide phone numbers for either the pick up or drop off locations in your confirmation. Lastly, your receipt when returning the item shows 0.00. It should show how much I paid and the balance should be 0.00. The amount I paid is not reflected in the invoice.
Robert EWestern Maryland Outdoor Power is an excellent company to deal with. They may be primarily an outdoor equipment supplier, but they have excellent employees who are willing to help in any way. Thank you for helping my family have a great move.
Kurt hWhat a terrible experience. I booked my rental for 8 am and at 9:10 am, the place still wasn't open. I sat waiting and finally had to call to get another trailer booked. After driving to a completely different location, I get told i needed a pin to lock the tongue on the ball! No employee ever advised me that this would be necessary. When I asked for assistance with this, I was told "there's an advance auto up the road," not helpful at all. I am extremely disappointed and am respectfully requesting a refund. I expected much better service.

Corry SMirror broken and was supposed to be full of fuel but I didn't even put 10 miles on the truck but took 6.7 gallons at $25 could not have been full of fuel or even been checked after being returned.
NAOMI Bvery nice and friendly people. Explained all details so I felt very comfortable driving off the lot.
