Nothing, on both ends of the rental I received very personal interaction with all individuals. It was great to finally speak with American people and in person contact. Excellent service!
Shawn Kwent to pick up equipment at the time I was told I could and there wasn't any one there. a woman pulled up and ask her when will this uhaul place of bussiness would open. She said she would call the lady was suppose to be there, She told the woman to tell me that it would be there in 15 mintues. Mean while a genlteman called me and said he would handle the rental. So I took a picture of my drivers license front and back. So then he told me where the lock box was and the code. Which was a tumlber and I had a lot of trouble getting it open. Over all this was a horrible experience and feel like if this group had taken the truck to Ramer,Tn. which is very professioal this would not have happen. This is where I requested my pick in the first place,
