According to my contract ai had to drop the vehicle off at 1101. There was a sign in the window saying they were gone and it was closed. So I was forced to use the app to turn in.

VICTORIA DThey haven’t installed their after hours key drop box, so I had to leave the truck and then we had to drive back in the morning with the key. This was also the drop-off suggested by U-Haul via text, so even more frustrating.
