They missed parts of the equipment I needed and were gone by the time I left and noticed. Had to pick up stuff from a completely different location. Equipment was clean but the gas wasn’t as full as it was supposed to be and they informed me they legally couldn’t put gas into the vehicles. I also had a bit of an issue with the breaks which was terrifying on the steep grades in the mountains but we survived the trip . I will say one positive is that they were nice about me being VERY late and allowed me to pick up the vehicle and trailer separately in the same day.
