Arrived for reservation at 9:30 am, no one answered the door, waiting 15-20 mins, called uhaul, was given an alternate location further away to pick up a larger truck (which we didn’t want), just about to leave original location when employee came out. By that time we decided to stay but our reservation was already moved to alternate location so the late employee had to re-enter every detail which caused us an hour delay in total without compensating us.
