The only issue I had is that my return was not logged immediately. I received 2 notices that I had not returned the trailer. I had to call Pops Garage to verify that he had logged my return. Otherwise, my first experience with Uhaul was great.

Angela KU-Haul is defenitely a second business and they don’t maintain the access on-site to handle checking, was all done over the phone despite all the checkin the app offered. The vehicle was not prepared before arrival and personnel, while very friendly, did not seem to even know or expect my arrival anytime that day.
