First of all, I reserved a truck on March 2nd to be picked up at 2626 E Indian School Rd Phoenix. The night before I get a call saying they didn't have any 20" Trucks and the closest one available would be on south 48th Street. This is where I had to go to get the truck. The worst part is I drove past the Indian School Rd U-Haul that very morning (the 8th) to see a parking lot FULL of trucks, many of them were 20' trucks and again on Sunday morning, the same thing! This feels like a bait and switch! I will never use the automated app again, and maybe not even U-Haul.
