The lady that was there for drop-off was extremely rude. She was refusing to take it back. I showed her the contract, and she was even ruder. I dropped off earlier thN was supposed to. Her behavior bothered me that I call uhaul around 11 and she still didn't check it in

I asked her.I returned the truck early 2 days later.I got a phone call saying that I never returned to truck.And I also got charged a damage fee when nothing was damaged
Adam SPlease let customer know they have to move trucks around and hook up by themselves. We didn’t know how and we’re very nervous about doing it.
