The store was not open at 9am. When it opened there was a system error - understandable but when I was handed the keys no walk around was done, no instructions given etc.

First come first serve More training for staff who need one. Don’t let customers wait for an hour to complete booking especially the equipment was booked 24 hrs prior .

Arjun GBooked Uhaul picked up at 2:00 pm at this location. The truck arrived at 2:45pm and was able to drive out at 3:00 pm. Lost a lot time waiting. Will not recommend this location. Also still waiting for the final price adjustment, as they pre charge at a lot higher price.
