There was no actual business with company name no one to help just a billboard with phone number to call and the person answering said he was unable help didn’t know what to do. No drop box for keys was there over an hr trying to locate drop box in the rain, when calling the phone number on bord all he said give the keys to one of the other businesses around which none of them wanted to take the keys eventually called U-Haul customer service phone number and they told me just to leave keys in the truck. It was terrible experience will never drop off there.
