The ramp on the 26ft truck needs to be EZ load and needs to be longer. It was shorter than the ramps on the 15ft truck and was too steep to load my heavier furniture 😔.I have to make another trip. Tell me at rental that I need to fold blankets for return.

The instructions said to insert the keys in a drop off box at the main entrance but there wasn’t a box anywhere to be found so I went inside and asked and the lady said they take the keys. Overall both locations were great other than the two issues.
Tray DWe were kinda disappointed we didn't get military discount it was not on website when made reservation and when we picked up truck she said she couldn't do anything about it!
