Have the employee in charge of pick-up present at the time of scheduled pick-up. Only one staff member was authorized to assist clients with the pick-up, and she was out running errands for the other business, and thus 25 minute wait for her to get there. Maybe not a big deal for some, but I was on a very tight schedule to to her earliest availability for pick-up at 9am to begin with. I was nearly late getting my kids from school. It was very stressful.
