I like the mobil process, but I did not receive the appliance dolly I requested. I was then charged for not returning it, though I was told, I would not be by the attendant. I had uploaded the picture when I picked the truck, and I'm still waiting on the refund of $200.00. If this didn't happen, I think the new processes of online selection and mobil-self pickup would be great.

Daniel RVery convenient. Only issue was the letters on lock were hard to read at checkiin. Self checkin is more involved than anticipated. Cindi and Brandon were very helpful.
