the staff had difficulty finding my rental info on the computer. She stated that we could not return the trailer there and had to return it to another location since we were returning on a Saturday and that they were not open.There was no checking of the trailer and I had to request assistance hooking it up. We had to buy a mattress bag at another dealer in Bridgeport. We were told to call John(manager) regarding our experience. We found that the trailer had locks on it after we got to our location where we were moving from. We had to go to a different location (Bay Rd) to have the locks cut off. We lost well over an hour of time doing this. The staff that cut off the locks were efficient and I had no difficulty with them. One of the bars on the ramp was broken. The staff said we would not be charged for this since they were aware of it.
