Sent an email to customer service and the email attached to receipt about our concerns. Equipment was not properly put on, chains were frail, and one of the hooks were broken. A neighbour noticed these things for us and we had to go to a different location to have things fixed. If our neighbour didn’t notice we could’ve been injured or worse and also could’ve injured other people. Very unhappy with our experience.
