Waited 30 min to confirm with U-Haul it was ok to park there as someone in lot said not to park there as it would get towed

Bit of a hard time finding the office as it's located inside a completely unrelated business with minimal signage/indication that it's the U-Haul location. But the owner/manager Mike was very personable, helpful, and flexible. As my first time experience renting a U-Haul, this was encouraging.

CARLOS FProvide what you promise to provide. I requested a trailer hitch for the rental pickup truck and when I arrived it was not on the vehicle. I had to make a separate trip and drive to a second UHaul location to get the trailer hitch.
