  • Didn’t speak ENGLISH at all. Had to text only to set up time of arrival. Not that big of a deal. We agreed to a time and date. Which I had to reschedule my truck pickup time to accommodate the movers. Supposed to arrive at 9am. 930 I called. No answer. Texted. No answer. 10am wife texted. They had a kid call me that spoke English. He lied and said they had a flat tire. 3.5 hours later they showed up. NO SPEAKY ENGLAIS!! Tried to tell them what I wanted and needed. Didn’t wrap the furniture I needed wrapped and were like two bulls in a china closet. I hired them for 4 hours and they were done in two. Had to pay for 4 hours. Then they had the audacity to hang around and try to get me to tip them. Here’s your tip! You’re in my country. Learn English and don’t show up 3.5 hours late.

  • My movers did not speak English which made my entire experience difficult. I used a translating app to help and it probably would have been okay, but there was an issue with the payment that was very hard to work through with the language barrier. The movers worked hard and were careful with our stuff, but I would have really liked to known that they did not speak English. I would have hired someone else.
