• Never showed up at the loading location. Had to load everything myself ALONE, got to the unloading location and overall the movers were over 3 hours late !!!! Was told I would get credited back for 1 hour for my inconvenience, and had to chase the owner for a month to ask why i haven't gotten the credit back. As of leaving this review I still have not been credited back. Don't let the low price fool you. There is a reason for that. One of the movers was nice and friendly, the other guy, was a jerk and had an attitude the whole time as well. Very, very , very disappointed.

• BEWARE!!! First, they were LATE. Then, when they arrived there was only 1 helper NOT the 2 scheduled. To get the move started, my husband had to help, with the promise that (someone else was on the way). By the time it was all loaded, no one still had not arrived!!! Get to the unloading location and my husband, who is older, was beat so he would not help unload. We waited 2.5 hours for another person to come help! RIDICULOUS. To add injury to insult, we were told that we would receive a free move. We booked the free move for the following weekend, but they cancelled. We rebooked to Monday, and they cancelled again. Unprofessional, unreliable, scam artist, and should be ran out of business. DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE....EVER!!!!
