They stop for gas and charge you for that time. They forgot their toolbox and couldn’t assemble back our dining table they took apart. We had to give them a ride back to get the toolbox. Very unsatisfactory, will not use again and definitely do not recommend.

Maam I acknowledge you were unsatisfied about the 5mins they took for gasoline but like I explained to you they also had to wait the extra two hours because you changed the service time when they were already on their one hour drive to your place, it is also normal to have to pump gasoline when you added a second location 38miles away from the first, which is why I had asked you initially if it was loading and unloading, but you let me know it was just loading. You also wanted them to drive the U-Haul which the service is just to help you load or unload, I understand you wanted extra for your money but these guys I know for sure did their job correctly. We have never had an issue with customers and I hope you know that these guys have always worked very hard and professionally. Have a blessed day.
