The movers were friendly, communicated well and were on time. The company messed up the timing of my move so they were trying to hurry. In the process I had a few boxes labeled fragile that were shoved in places. One item was broken because of it. The pads we ordered from uhual were not all used when packing my furniture leading to two pieces being damaged.
