  • If they arrive on time for you, probably they'd be fine. They arrived almost 4 hours later than initial agreement (booking was for 11 am, movers arrived at 2.50 pm) and almost 2 hours later then estimation provided via phone call at 10.30 am (12 - 12.30 - 1pm)

    I do apologize for the delay. Sometimes things are out of our control and cause the jobs to be delayed. I was unaware you had a flight to catch that day. We could have possibly moved jobs around to make sure you were in a good spot if I had known before. I agreed to take on your last minute request because I thought the start time had flexibility. That being said the guys still finished the job. Drove you to the airport. Dropped off the uhaul at the drop off location. It's unfortunate the job was delayed and this is not how we like for jobs to go.
