Lisa contacted me in less than an hour after I booked thru U-Haul. No other labor service even came close. They were about 20 mins early, which worked out awesome because I was ready and at the storage unit. Packed up securely and carefully and blanketed my furniture without asking. Unloading was a snap even with a couple flight of stairs as they staged everything in my carport so I could move the truck would highly recommend
