Movers ended up damaging one of our TVs which we didn't notice until unwrapping it after they left. Based on the physical damage, it looks like they dropped the TV on its corner. We attempted to reach out but they did not respond. After filing a claim with the MovingHelp website, the movers claimed that they did no cause the damage. We now unfortunately need to replace the TV. I would not recommend using them for moving any high value items.
