  • John and Julian were professional and efficient; they were able to get the job done quickly. The only feedback I would give to John and Julian is to please be more mindful of the moving the furniture. Don't get me wrong, I understand that things can get scuffed and damaged during the move, but I think being more mindful of it would be helpful for future customers. Overall, I was very happy with the service. For Zach, communication could've been better in my opinion. After reserving the service via UHaul, I think it would've been better to know if the reservation was received because I was expecting a phone call or email to coordinate the move. I also work in a customer-oriented environment, so I do understand how things can be. However, I think prompt communication can be helpful for future customers.
