• I was moving from a different state with a time change. I had to call twice to change the time that we were going to arrive at the storage location. My call was returned and they made the adjustments. I had a lot of stuff and had to get additional storage. One of the guys made a comment to the other mover, that their was still a lot of shit still left to put in storage. I don't know if he know I heard him. They worked hard and I understand it was a lot and it was very HOT. They even followed me to a family members home to put stuff in her attic. I had to pay for an additional hour, but when it was all over, I was very appreciative.

• I had left several voice mails during the week prior to the move, and never received any communication from the company until late in the evening the night before the move. We confirmed everything, and there was no one there at noon as agreed. I started calling the owner and he told me that the movers who were going to help me were still caught up in the previous job, and that it would be 90 minutes before they could come to me. He called later and said that he had another team who could be there within 30 minutes. It took the three of us 1.5 hours to load my 15' truck. I had scheduled them again for the following Thursday to help me unload the truck with the same equipment after my trip, confirmed the evening before, and no one every showed up. I kept calling and sending messages but never got any replies. Here we are, a day later, and have not heard back from him. He may do very well with most moves, and maybe I just slipped through the cracks. Will not use again.

• Great service from josh and other guy Kobe .. they were really great . Highly recommend them .
