The only reason i gave four stars instead of five is that this was the first moving help company I have used that did not reach out to me at all. The other companies all send text messages, confirmation confirmations, they call you to ask details about your move, etc. I got none of that, I had to call myself to see if they got the order, then call again the day of to see if it was confirmed. That said, when I did call, the lady was very kind and professional, everything went smoothly, and it was a job well done in the end. Kelly and Montana were very helpful, strong, and capable workers. They were also very kind.
