  • I would give 10 stars if I could. Communication was top notch, Houston's moving specialists (Brian and Gabe) were exactly on time, and were working within 5 minutes of arrival, needing only my guidance initially to let them know what was to be loaded. They were also flexible and accommodated my mistake. I reserved too small of a truck for my initial plans, which I could see as they loaded the truck. They dropped the first load at my new home, then followed us to the storage unit and completely cleaned it out, when that was above and beyond the initial plan. They worked exceptionally fast and carefully. Brian and Gabe were very friendly and completed the job one hour quicker than I thought it would take. Houston's will be my first call if I need moving services again, and I will recommend them to anyone of my friends. Thanks!
