• Things started poorly when the owner showed little interest during booking confirmation. On moving day, we told the movers they could arrive later if they preferred they came at 12 instead of 11. The movers were polite but worked slowly and brought no equipment, despite me asking beforehand. While we were still packing, the owner called rudely demanding $40 for going 30 minutes over, even though we never authorized extra time. He pressured my husband to Venmo or pay cash, which we refused. Movers are supposed to stop and confirm before going over time this was not done. On top of that, the truck was packed terribly. Our crib was disassembled and thrown in carelessly. Overall, poor communication, pushy and unprofessional owner, and careless service. I regret hiring them and would not recommend this company to anyone.

  I would like to start off by saying that our company would never demand anything from a customer. The guys arrived at the customer house at the agreed time (11am). They would not let them start til 12pm because they were not prepared. Nothing was packed. I only asked (nicely) that you compensate for the extra 30 min that truly went over by 45 minutes. They did not use a dolly because of stairs. It would have taken even longer to tote the dolly back and forward up those steep stairs. We basically was at the customer resident for 3.75 hours and was only compensated for 2. We had others jobs as well. All I ask is for everyone to be fair.our time is valuable just like yours as we expect.
