  • It was an overall disappointment. They showed up after an 8 hour move earlier that day, and they were clearly exhausted. They weren’t as careful with my stuff because of this, and they caused minor damage to my furniture.

    I apologize for the inconvenience for them being tired, that's why I let you know before hand that they did have a big morning job booked before you and it would be later afternoon when they could make it to you. Just in case you didn't want to wait.
