• This wa the worst moving experience ever, when over 2 hours. There was a problem with the payment system for one of the extra hours now I am getting harassed by the owner. Then the movers that unloaded the truck from broken items including a broken 57 inch TV and stand. The owner states I reported this because I owe her 1 hour fee. I have a problem paying people that are rude and accuse me of lying. Do not book these people even if you have to move on a different day.

  You booked 4hrs for 4bdrm house that was not fully packed ready to load. The kitchen was not packed. Customer & her daughter were in a hurry throwing items off the balcony. We are there to load the u haul. Every hour that went over you asked for another hour we accommodated you. The last hour was requested from customer & provider accommodate the hour. At the end of the job. Customer express how excellent there belongs was handle and loaded. Payment code was received. As payment code was received customer declined the extra hour. Provider tried to reach customer by phone & via text several attempts for the extra payment. Customer finally respond with I called moving help there no help. Then customer stated stuff were broken so she's not paying. And will give us a bad review. Provider has text messages. Provider was never rude. Provider was trying to receive payment for the last hr paid for unorganized, not ready to load move. Provider did the best we could to accommodate the move.

• Charles and his assistant managed a difficult unpacking easily, professionally and in a timely manner. I was very pleased with Dodson’s and would not hesitate to hire them again.
