• Disappointed with Service Experience I booked moving help through UHaul and was very disappointed with the service I received. The job was scheduled for 9AM with two movers, which I paid $120 for, plus an additional $25 for stairs bringing the total to $195. Unfortunately, the movers didn’t arrive until 11AM, and to make matters worse, only one person showed up. Not only was the service late, but it also fell short of what was promised. I paid for two movers and expected timeliness and efficiency, but instead received a late start and half the manpower. Not only did I have one guy, I also had to help do all the heavy lifting so it’s done in a timely manner. Not the service I agreed to or expected. I was highly pissed and I deducted 25 dollars, leaving the sum total of 170. I hope this helps others be more cautious when booking moving help through this platform.
