• Horrible. It should not take 4 hours to unload what the other movers loaded in less than 2. They stalled, going onto the truck and doing nothing for 20 minutes several times, until the time was up, then you have to pay for additional time just to get your stuff off of the truck. When I asked why it was taking so long when they went onto the truck...during which time it was totally silent....they said they had to rearrange stuff so they could unload it....it was furniture only...nothing that needed to be rearranged to unload. The last 6 items took them over 2 hours to unload. But after the additional time was added, they picked up the pace and unloaded the last 6 items in about 30 minutes. . Do not hire these people.

  I try to be professional as possible but you have continously shot threats at me and my employee and tried to slander my business. We tried to go fast and efficiently but you continously stepped into the way and made it difficult to work. You chose to put the Uhaul on a slanted hill after we told you not to and it caused everything to sway when we moved things. You never asked why it was taking so long I personally came to you and told you that we have to rearrange things to get it off without it falling. Me and my employee both got hurt and your husband stood there and laughed? We asked you numerous times to rearrange the spaces in the house because you claimed you didn't want us to and that you wanted to do it yourself but when we would ask you to you would lay around and cause us to go slower TO GIVE YOU time to move it. Yes, you have to pay extra hours when we go over time especially when the client is the reason..but you neglected to mention we gave you a huge discount because we
