Booked last week and was looking forward to working with them. I explained my change in schedule due to delays in my new apartment leasing office. To that end, on Friday March 21, I rescheduled my appt for Sunday March 23 to Monday March 24. I did this by Friday so that the company had time to reply. The auto confirmation text was sent to him within minutes Friday March 21. However, by Sunday night March 23 I did not receive a reply. I called Sunday to confirm Monday move and received a message in the evening stating he already has a move on Monday morning. He should have replied Saturday to say it would not work unti waiting for me to call him the night before the move.
