  • U-Haul cancelled my 15 ft moving truck last minute due to their own internal error which left me in a tight spot so had to rent a 10 ft truck and a small trailer to attach to it - definitely not ideal. Called these guys to help load as it was just me (a 27 year old female) and my mom with a bad back and my step-dad with screws in his back and knees. Needed help same day loading up the trailer and truck from my 2 bedroom 2nd story apartment (no elevator - just one flight of stairs). Called these guys and they were there about an hour later. They were willing to help with whatever, even disassembling the 2 story bunk bed (full size bed on bottom w twin on top and stairs connecting them both). Not once did they complain. They didnt slack off or intentionally take forever loading stuff just to get paid for the time I booked, they did a lot in the 2 hours they were there to help. Huge weight off my shoulders with their help. For being the most economical choice, I wasnt disappointed.
