  • The movers were amazing. Very nice and professional. My problem was with the backside. Orange Paradise emailed me and text me the Friday before I was to move and when I text back nobody responded. So today, when the movers were ready they were asking me for a payment code. I had no idea what they were talking about and the guy who was supposed to help me was very rude and talking down to me. I would not go through Orange Paradise again and not for the movers but for the people doing the admin side. They need to be more responsive and tell the clients what will be expected. All in all...my stuff got picked up and shipped so thank you for that.
