• although i got through the move, it was way harder than needed. i gave the movers, Jessie is who i was talking to, extra time and so agreed to meet at 1pm sharp, he kept postponing due to not having anyone to bring for help, and never really communicated well...so even though i told him to come anyway, that i would be there to help (as much as i could given i am recovering from an illness), he did not show till 4pm. given i had limited to time to leave my Uboxes outside i had to empty one of them myself, then he came at 4pm and we did last one together. it would have gone much faster with two more people, instead of just us, and so it tooks hrs. Jessie was good help when he finally did show up, he's a nice guy. but the professionalism needs a lot of work here, and even though i released the payments code, i believe i should get a half refund here. i suggest you work with Jessie to teach him some basic work related skills like punctuality, communications, and accountability.

• The mover was in LA today on a move, and 1 his 2 local teams were busy on a job, and the other 1 was done for the day. Very nice man though, and very responsive, apologetic, and helpful. Based on that interaction, I would be willing to try try rescheduling with them another day.
