• Items were left behind because the initial part of the truck was not properly stacked up to the ceiling. The associate said there was plenty of space and there was no need to stack too high. At the end, we had to play puzzle and squeeze things in which required an additional hour of work. He had the courage to say that he wouldn't charge me the extra hour of work because of the items being left behind, trying to make it sound like it was a good deal to me when it was really their fault and the right thing to do would be to take things out and reorganize. Terrible experience.

Our team made a conscious decision not to overstack certain areas of the truck in order to protect your furniture and to ensure safe transportation, this What's done with your belongings in mind Not out of carelessness. Towards the end of the load we worked harder to fit everything efficiently and choose not to Charge for the extra hour. Not as a favor but as a professional courtesy, even though more time was needed due to adjustments. We always strive to do what is right and our. • Antwan and Edison moved very quickly and were so careful with our items. Antwan tried hard to minimize the number of storage pods we would need, which we very much appreciated. They were incredibly careful in packing our belongings for cross-country travel. Highly, highly recommend!
