  • The guys who moved me informed me early in the move that I would need another Ubox to complete the move. They were able to drop and pick up the 2nd. This was inportant since I was flying out in the am.

I never had to wonder what was happening or when. What really impressed me, though, was the extra care they took with my belongings. They treated everything as if it were their own, wrapping and handling items with real attention and respect. Moving can be stressful, but Needa Move made it feel easy and safe.   • I had a piano that I needed to add on to the original plan. They said they didn't do pianos. Instructed me to cancel for a refund and find someone who provided piano service.
